The Shaker Workshops Guarantee

We offer only the highest quality furniture, kits, and home accessories, and we describe them as accurately as possible. If, for any reason, an item does not live up to your expectations, please return it in its original condition within 30 days, stating your preference for a replacement, refund, or credit. We promise to handle any problems promptly and courteously.

Missing Parts or Wrong Items

Telephone us at 1-800-840-9121 or email us at service@shakerworkshops.com. We do sometimes make mistakes, but we are anxious to correct them as quickly as possible.

Damaged Shipments

Telephone us immediately at 1-800-840-9121. We will promptly ship a replacement and arrange for the shipping company to pick up the damaged item(s).

Please enclose the yellow packing slip, or a photocopy of it, with a note advising us or why you are making the return and whether you want an exchange or refund. We process returns promptly. During the very busiest weeks of the year, please allow up to 5 business days. We value your business and we want you to be satisfied.

We recommend that returns be insured. When you ship by FedEx Ground or UPS Ground, the shipping charge includes the first $100.00 of insurance.

Shipping charges are not refundable.
