Radio Controlled Wall Clock

RADIO CONTROLLED WALL CLOCK

This unique timepiece displays the most accurate time available anywhere because it sets itself by receiving radio signals continuously broadcast from the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) in Fort Collins, Colorado. The signals, from the nation's primary time and frequency standard, a cesium fountain atomic clock located in Boulder, Colorado, are accurate to less than 10 milliseconds (1/100 of a second) of Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). Wall clock changes from standard to daylight time, and vice versa, automatically. Uses one AA battery (not included). Solid wood frame is 12 1/2" in diameter. Indoor use only. Imported.
