LEAFWARE SERVING PLATE
A high-fired stoneware plate made by pressing freshly gathered leaves of the Japanese Maple tree and Italian Parsley into a soft clay base. Fired at a temperature of 2300º fahrenheit making the surfaces very durable and scratch resistant. Each piece goes through sixteen stages to create its unique fossil-like image. Leafware is lead-free and sage for use in dishwasher, microwave and oven. No two plates are exactly alike. 13" diameter. USA.
