SHAKER ARCHED BENCH
The harmoniously proportioned arches are typical of the work of the Mount Lebanon, New York Shakers. Durable enough for use in a back hall or mud room, and big enough to work as a coffee table in the living room or den. The original is in the collection of the Shaker Museum and Library in Old Chatham, New York. We make the Arched Bench in clear Eastern white pine, a full 7/8" thick like the original. Height is 14 3/4". Top measures 27 3/4" x 13". Shown painted blue, like the original.
Available as an unfinished kit, a "ready to ship" finished piece, and a "made to order" finished piece.
Kit is supplied without stain; Stulb's Old Village Paint is available separately.
