CHERRY SEWING TABLE WITH KNOB
The roots of Shaker furniture design can be found in modest country pieces like this finely-made sewing table from rural New Hampshire. Note the square tapered legs, attached tabletop rim, and finely detailed drawer front.
We make this Sewing Table utilizing mortise-and-tenon joinery on the legs and aprons, with a dovetailed drawer and wooden knob. Clear cherry, with drawer interior of pine. Height is 26". Top measures 16" x 16". Shown in Oil & Wax Finish.
Available as an unfinished kit, a "ready to ship" finished piece, and a "made to order" finished piece.
Kit is supplied with Oil Finish, rather than stain, to bring out the natural color of the cherry wood.
When ordering "Finished-Made to Order", you may select Oil Finish or the stain of your choice (see below).
