CHERRY SHAKER PEGS
Our Shaker pegs are copied from an original found in the Canterbury, New Hampshire Shaker community. Length is 2 7/8", plus a tenon that is 5/8" long x 1/2" diameter. Overall length is 3 1/2". The original was turned by the Shakers in maple. We now offer the same profile turning, made to our specifications from clear black cherry, also known as choke cherry (Prunus serotina). Unfinished. Made in USA.
