NO. 7 TAPE BACK SHAKER ROCKER WITH SHAWL RAIL
This faithful reproduction of the No. 7 rocker manufactured by the Mt. Lebanon Shakers for sale to the "World's people" reflects the finest aspects of Shaker design and craftsmanship. Rarely seen in the original, this version of No. 7 rocker has a shawl or cushion rail above the taped back. Its large seat, comfortable padded back, and nicely located arms are the reasons why many mothers have found it to be an ideal nursing rocker. We make the No. 7 Tape Back Rocker with Shawl Rail in clear hard maple. Height of back is 42". Height of seat 16". Seat width 23". Seat depth 19". Shown in Light Stain with Lacquer Finish; woven in 5/8" Navy and 5/8" Natural chair tape in a diamond pattern.
Available as an unfinished kit and a "made to order" finished piece.
