Dating to about 1830, this unique stand was made at the Hancock, Massachusetts Shaker community. The top and drawer are supported by a precisely-cut dovetailed yoke. The drawer is dovetailed both front & back and is accessible from either direction.
We make the Hancock Sewing Stand in solid clear Pennsylvania cherry. Height is 26". Top measures 21" wide x 17 3/8" depth. Shown and available in an Oil and Wax Finish.
